Overview
Badenoch Clark are partnering a highly desirable business for the recruitment of a qualified Financial Accountant. Reporting directly into the Financial Controller this newly created opportunity has come about due to continued growth across the business. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and management of local statutory accounts, including auditing services, preparation and timely submission of group reporting Monthly IFRS 16 postings and reconciliations. Managing/Producing Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews with FD and CFO. Submission of VAT and reconciliation of ledgers. Liaising with the Payroll Manager and posting of monthly UK and Irish Payrolls and the reconciliation of these ledgers. Managing corporation tax and Submission of statistics to the ONS Provide and confirm monthly intercompany balances Key skills: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar) Working knowledge of IFRS16 treatment, financial terms and principles VAT and Corporation tax knowledge Ability to self-manage and work on own initiative Strong Excel and IT skills Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
