Role: Personal Lines Account Handler Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester Salary: £20k per annum plus public and bank holidays Arkwright Insurance Brokers has been at the forefront of the Insurance industry and trusted nationwide since its formation in 2006. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and engaging Personal Lines Account Handler s with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our busy insurance Brokership based in Bolton. As a Personal Lines Account Handler you will be handling policies purchased online via comparison websites, over the phone (incoming/outgoing), email and face to face. You will be also handling New business, MTA's, renewals and everyday general duties including Admin duties. Personal Lines Account Handler Responsibilities Providing new Business Quotations Generating Policy Documentation Processing Renewals Mid-Term adjustments to the client’s policy Validating Policies Personal Lines Account Handler Skills and Requirements Minimum 6 months of Insurance experience CDL System experience is not required, but would be advantageous Our perfect candidate will have a talent for communication and be happy, confident individual. You will be interacting with the rest of the team as well as customers with an eye for detail and have at least min. 6 months personal lines experience within either Motor or home. The candidate must be a flexible team player with a can do attitude and the flexibility to work additional hours in the future if required. The ideal candidate will receive a salary of £20k plus public and bank holidays. Working hours will be 37.5 hours a week, 9-5.30 with 1 hour unpaid lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks Mon-Fri, however you will need to be flexible to your working hours as we might be looking to expand our operations times and days in the future. Initially the role with be based on 6 months probation with a view to a permanent contract which will reviewed based on performance and the needs of the business.
