Overview
You will be involved with developing and enhancing automation frameworks and Test harnesses for QA Team as well as building automation suites to support sprint level, regression or end-to-end tests. You will also lead, develop and deliver automated solutions by agreed implementation timeframes and effectively collaborate with delivery teams on automation solutions, tools and capabilities. In addition to this, you will develop pilots and provide demos of the solutions to delivery team and create automated test cases according to standards and frameworks. With the ability to perform problem solving and root cause analysis when defects occur, you will have the skills to research and evaluate new testing technologies and tools and provide guidance around automation strategies. Confident and dynamic, you will have the ability to evaluate and recommend process or technical changes to partner organizations. Required Skills: · API Test experience, understand JSON · Intermediate Java experience desired · Should have ETL testing experience (data validation) · Strong SQL experience desired (intermediate level) able to perform complex queries · Experience building test automation for various products and services on multiple platforms · Experience with financial markets · Experience working with off-shore testing resources · Ability to work in a fast paced delivery environment · Experience or exposure to Agile ceremonies and tools · Strong Java, Selenium, Selenium, Jenkin, Maven, SQL & NoSQL knowledge · Experience with Continuous Integrations tools · Minimum of 2 years’ experience · Strong automation and development skills Tools: · SoapUI · Java · Postman · Selenium Webdriver · NoSQL (Mongo) · Postgres · Core selenium (webdriver) automation experience (not IDE) · Fluent with Atlassian toolstack (JIRA, Confluence) · Agile automation experience (JBehave, cucumber, TestNG) · Version control systems (git, svn) and experience in working in a team on a single codebase · Bitbucket · Experience working with CI/CD tools · Experience with ant/maven · SoapUI · Java? · Postman · Selenium Webdriver · NoSQL (Mongo) · Postgres · Core selenium (webdriver) automation experience (not IDE) · Fluent with Atlassian toolstack (JIRA, Confluence) · Agile automation experience (JBehave, cucumber, TestNG) · Version control systems (git, svn) and experience in working in a team on a single codebase · Bitbucket · Experience working with CI/CD tools · Experience with ant/maven
