Overview
I am currently aiding one of my clients in their search for a PM to oversee a small portfolio of projects in and around London. They are looking to bring the successful candidate in on a Permanent basis based out of their office in South London. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows; ·Ensuring that the contractual obligations are adhered to in line with H&S and company values. ·Working with relevant colleagues e.g Head of Projects & Operations, Delivery Managers and supporting Operations Team, to deliver each project successfully and within the budget. ·Continuous management of the Project KPI's ·Management, monitoring and analysis of the P&L statements for all relevant projects to maintain and monitor profitability. ·Team management and motivation. Ideal candidates will have previous experience; ·Delivering and working on Telecoms Rail Projects ·University Degree, preferably Engineering, or equivalent further education and/or 5 years plus of relevant industry/sector experience ·Contractor or Sub Contractor Management experience ·PM qualification ·Health and Safety awareness ·Good working knowledge of NEC contract's
