Overview
The client is looking for an aspiring Compliance professional to join their growing Compliance team. Client Details The client offers a comprehensive range of services spanning fund administration, corporate services, credit and structured product services, depositary services, transfer pricing and wealth administration in order to provide a streamlined process to their clients. Description Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Plan for their UK clients which includes Fund Administration, Depositary, Loan Agency administration and Corporate services; Assist in the review of the KYC files for new clients for AML purposes and follow up missing information in line with group processes and procedures; Assist in the provision of regular internal compliance reports; Assisting, using the Pythagoras system, in conducting Worldcheck searches; Updating systems, databases and registers to ensure records are correct; Working on projects under the direction of the Head of UK Compliance. Profile You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in working in an FCA regulated financial services business, preferably in a compliance capacity; You have previous experience in the fund industry; You will preferably be educated to University Degree or equivalent; You are aiming to study towards a professional qualification; You are ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment; You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate; You will have a high level of IT literacy with good Excel and Word skills.
