Junior ICT Technician Job Market - IT / Information Technology Junior ICT Technician - About the role Based in my clients’ London office this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong interest and academics in ICT - you will need to show good communication skills, be approachable, and willing to learn. Junior ICT Technician - Key duties Setting up & maintaining Routers Email management (setting up, changing passwords, creating distribution lists) IT support on all systems Setting up VOIP phones Setting up Mobile phones Setting up & maintaining PC’s & Laptops Setting up & maintaining printers Junior ICT Technician - Key requirements At least 5 A-C Grade GCSEs including English, Maths and ICT. Good communication skills Strong ICT skills Attention to detail Team player Able to prioritise workload Friendly & Approachable Team worker with the ability to work on own initiative Professional approach to relationships
