Overview

e-Discovery / Relativity Operations Manager Location: London Key responsibilities include: Working with the IT Team Attend and act on; o Legal technology meetings o IT Infrastructure meetings. Liaising with IT regarding Legal technology IT Systems and Hardware. Provide end-user application support. Manage problems/downtime of Legaltech with IT. Liaise with IT on current and future capacity requirements of Legal technology Liaise with IT on the management and optimisation of Relativity Analytics Budgeting Monthly Reporting work. Work with Finance team to import and record fees. Support: eDiscovery and Document Review Team Relativity workflows, performance and usage etc. Projects Feeding into and managing bespoke development projects. Providing Legal technology inputs and support on Projects. Managing application upgrades from a Legal technology perspective and liaising with IT and various vendors across the EDRM e.g. Relativity, etc. Ideal Candidate The candidate must demonstrate at least five years' operating at a senior level in the eDiscovery. Experience with eDiscovery technology particularly Relativity Excellent understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery and Legal Technology Experience related to eDiscovery and other Litigation Support processes Good knowledge of eDiscovery software market Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office Applications Proficiency in scripting languages e.g. SQL, Java, Oracle Desirable (not essential but likely you’ll have at least one of): Relativity Certifications e.g. RCA, Analytics Specialist, Infrastructure etc. (more the better).
