Overview
Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting for a talented HR Support Assistant, working in our Central Support Office in Newcastle upon Tyne for a 6 month fix term contact. If you are organised and competent with Microsoft Excel and have experience with data cleansing we want to hear from you The successful Person will: Create bespoke reports and analytics, therefore needing strong Excel and report writing skills. Assist with employment related paperwork and data entry work. Assist in HR data entry while maintaining employee confidentiality. Assist in HR & Payroll processes by reviewing electronic and paper documents Review forms and enters information accurately and thoroughly. Process payroll documentation for pay adjustments. Assist in accurate maintenance of Electronic filing systems. What we require from you? MUST have experience working in an Human Resource function. MUST Advanced Excel skills The ability to analyse data Strong problem solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable in producing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Accuracy & attention to detail is essential. A good communicator who can prioritise their own and others workload, in a pressurised environment. Ability to work on their own, as well as part of a team in order to meet set deadlines.
