Overview
IT ANALYST - 2ND AND 3RD LINE SUPPORT. This is one of the City's most successful and progressive mid range law firms, and they are looking to offer a permanent contract to someone with excellent troubleshooting skills and proven work experience in 2nd/3rd line support. It's a client facing role which comes with minimum supervision and is ideal for someone with technical skills who enjoys working with people. Main duties include researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues, assisting with the management of remote access solutions, endpoint security products and software and patch deployment solution. The role involves a good deal of liaison with service desk and users while prioritising and managing several open issues at any one time, and also monitoring system performance and reliability.
