Paralegal - Commercial Fraud A leading US law firm are recruiting two litigation paralegals to join their high-profile white collar crime team, as they are working with a major client in a bribery investigation. Salary £31.5k plus great benefits. What will the paralegal do? You’ll be supporting a close-knit team as they handle an increasing workload, working on a range of matters, duties including: Drafting letters to obtain disclosure Reviewing disclosure for relevance and privilege Drafting memos, keeping stakeholders up to date Producing court bundles, and clerking on occasion Being a main liaison point with the relevant courts Communicating with key stakeholders as the process continues to provide clarification and progress updates. Why this role? You’ll be developing your litigation paralegal experience on a high-profile bribery matter. This is fab experience for training contract/pupillage applications and you’ll be thrown in the deep end to develop your skills. The firm offers a great salary of £31.5k plus overtime. Requirements : Prior litigation paralegal experience is a must, ideally in a role where you have some fraud or commercial experience. All candidates must have a strong academic history, including a minimum 2:1 at degree level, in either Law or with a GDL conversion. LPC graduates will also be preferred in this position.
