Real Estate Finance Solicitor NQ – 2 years’ PQE LONDON
Overview
Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. Whilst the vast majority of the team’s work is Property-based but this is not exclusive and they also work on Corporate and more specialised Funding work. The team is extremely busy dealing with numerous transactions, therefore candidates must have strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will work with lenders predominantly in preparing or reviewing finance documentation and progressing transactions through from instruction to completion. The role will suit candidates who are able to work well with other members of the team but also manage their own caseload, often during very busy times. If you are already qualified, you will either already specialise in Real Estate Finance or specialise in Banking or other areas of Asset/ Project Finance but have a desire to specialise in Property Finance. If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in either Banking, Real Estate Finance or some other area of Asset Finance but, again, have a desire to specialise in Property Finance.
