This firm are looking to restructure their team with the addition of an experienced Private Client Head of Department to lead their team to the next level. They represent old-school values in a progressive culture, creating an established referral network that spans the South East The technical ability of the staff within this practice is exceptionally high, and many of the Lawyers hold esteemed reputations for their technical acumen. Throughout the firm's history they have operated in an extremely entrepreneurial fashion and have never held the keys to more relationships then they have at present. Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training. The role The firm are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor into their Berkshire office. The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team. The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Wills, probates, estates, trusts, tax advice and some court of protection matters. This role comes with good prospects and career development. You will also be working alongside one of the regions most approachable, and experienced partners. Requirements You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills A meticulous eye for detail is essential Salary is competitive and dependent on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious long-established firm based near Slough.
