Are you a qualified property finance solicitor looking to take on high quality work and act with a team who have already completed projects worth hundreds of millions? Our client is a national firm with a strong presence in the Legal 500 and they are looking to hire a property finance solicitor in their Birmingham office to join this growing team and manage a caseload on a wide variety of property finance matters About the Role As a property finance solicitor in the Birmingham team, you will perform a wide variety of duties including: Manage relationships with existing clients well known to the business Work alongside funding and property partners and cross develop relationships to work on property finance cases Develop and grow a team of Legal Assistants through business development, working as part of a team to attract work from existing clients This role presents a significant opportunity for career advancement connected to the growth of the team and clients. About the candidate The ideal candidate will: Have at least 2 PQE with a reputable firm in the field of property finance, with sound experience within residential property Be commercially astute and aware in the area of property finance Be experienced in business development and have a desire to pursue this. Experience of social housing is beneficial, but not essential About the firm My client is highly rated in the Legal 500 and pride themselves on being sector specialists, by proving services in a range of sectors they have proven themselves to be market leaders in the industry
