Overview

Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join highly successful Sheffield team. You will be either an experienced costs draftsman or qualified costs lawyer and must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. You will be experienced in drafting bills, budgets, points of disputes and replies; and attending detailed assessments and CCMC. You will be an excellent negotiator, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. The firm acts on behalf of a number of cases relating to personal injury, clinical negligence an commercial litigation so it is essential you have experience in one/ all of these areas. You will be paid a competitive salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience and receive a range of benefits. This is a full time, permanent position.
