Successful firm in South Yorkshire seeks an enthusiastic Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join our client’s thriving practice located in Sheffield. The successful applicant will manage a complex and diverse caseload of both civil and commercial litigation matters, whilst handling files from pre-action through to conclusion. Responsibilities • Dispute resolution • Commercial contract disputes • High-value ultra-complex financial services regulatory matters • Drafting routine correspondence and pleadings • Attending trial • Attendance upon clients and counsel • Liaising with clients and other professionals The Candidate • Solicitor and legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE • Experience in civil and commercial litigation is essential • LPC commendation or distinction is highly advantageous • Excel in both verbal and written communication • Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as under your own initiative • A flexible approach towards working hours is desired • IT proficient The Firm Our client is a prestigious practice located in the City of Sheffield who advise on broad range of corporate, commercial and civil legal issues, spanning across all business sectors.
