Candidates from 2 PQE will be considered. The firm focuses on areas within Corporate/Commercial such as; Banking and Finance Capital Markets Commercial Contracts Company Fundraising Corporate Advisory Corporate Tax IP and Brand protection Joint Ventures M&A Private Equity The firm is now looking for a Corporate Associate 2 PQE into their thriving Thames Valley office in Reading, Berkshire.
