Overview
A global investment management organisation is looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their busy and growing in-house department on a permanent, full time basis. This is a varied and exciting Legal Counsel role based in London. About the Role As the appointed Legal Counsel, you will be required to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. The work will involve: Commercial contracts Corporate governance Funds Commercial IP Data protection Candidate Requirements The ideal In-House Counsel will possess: 4-8 years’ PQE as a Commercial Solicitor A background in drafting and negotiating data license agreements and software license agreements A proven track record in their career to date and previous experience / training in an international law firm Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commercial / business outlook to their work Salary There is a salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum on offer to the successful In-House Counsel, as well as a generous benefits package.
