A leading online gaming business is seeking an ambitious Commercial Lawyer to join their growing in-house team for a new Legal Counsel role. Based in an excellent Central London location, the In-House Counsel will be offered a full-time, permanent position. Your New Role Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial legal matters including: Advertising matters, marketing matters, sales promotions and customer competitions. Software agreements, licencing agreements, service agreements and brand partnership agreements. Some data protection and intellectual property matters. Advertising regulatory matters.
