A prestigious US law firm in the City is seeking a paralegal to join their Capital Markets/Structured Finance team on a permanent basis. The role will be heavily transactional based, and the successful candidate will be working directly with Associates and Partners, running the whole signing process and CP checklists. The firm is seeking a candidate with previous transactional experience gained from a City or US law firm, and someone who is a team player (someone happy to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up). The position will be busy and demanding, however the work the paralegals are exposed to is extremely high level so the successful candidate will gain fantastic experience.
