Personal Injury Solicitor RTA - multi track RTA - Supervisor RTA SOLICITOR MULTI TRACK / SUPERVISOR- MANCHESTER Personal injury solicitor RTA Manchester - One of our top clients has released an exciting role to lead a team of more junior fee earners looking after a number of key clients of the firm. You will work directly with the Partner in making sure the team runs smoothly as well as the client relationship itself. Candidates should ideally come from a defendant background with around 4 years PQE or more. KEY FACTS Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor (Multi track RTA) Location: Manchester Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Reports to: Partner / Head of Department Expertise: Candidates should have proven experience of multi track defendant RTA ideally up to a vale of £250,000 or beyond. The team deals exclusively with complex multi track RTA and a small amount of EL/PL. Candidates should ideally have management or team leading experience, though this is not crucial TECHNICAL ABILITY The team handles mostly multi track RTA work with a small amount of EL/PL. The cases are exclusively multi track up to around £250K in terms of value. Though our client does not wish to be too prescriptive in terms of experience, they are ideally looking for a defendant background. Candidates must be proficient in multi track work and be technically adept lawyers, capable of thinking on their feet. SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE What makes the role different is that you will also be developing your team leading and management skills. The successful applicant will deal directly with the Legal Director and Partner at the firm. The role also paves the way for future progression within the team. Candidates do not necessarily have to demonstrate previous team leading experience. Our client is willing to consider those who want to take a step up from a purely fee earning role.
