The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an Pensions Senior Lawyer to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of a wider award-winning firm. You will be: You will be advising trustee and employer clients on a range of Pensions issues You will be involved in every aspect of Pension Provision, including the creation operation, regulation and restructuring of all types of Pension fund in the private and public sectors. Examples of matters undertaken include, Scheme design and advisory matters, liability management, M&A other transactional work, pensions and retirement plan litigation, pension fund investment and fiduciary compliance, employee benefits, equity incentives. Build and develop own network of internal and external contacts. Requirements: You will be a Pensions Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE and more senior candidates will be taken into account for a senior position) You will be currently working within a City or International practice. Worked within a respectable Pensions practice. Specialist experience is desirable but not essential Excellent drafting and communication skills.
