Overview
A national law firm, based in the North West and recognised as a leader in the insurance sector is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to its dedicated motor team in Manchester. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this Paralegal role has been newly created due to an increasing number of instructions in its award-winning department. Your new role Taking on a key role in the team, the Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for: Managing a caseload of litigated small claims track files Working on both quantum and liability cases Getting involved in telephone discussions and negotiations Proofing witnesses, assessing their evidence and drafting statements What you'll need to succeed This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to develop their career into litigated file handling.
