Overview
A successful regional law firm based in Kent has a requirement for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join their team and take on a general commercial and civil workload. This is a highly client-facing role so you need to be adaptable, commercially focused and able to provide a consultative approach to a variety of clients. About the Role As the appointed Litigation Lawyer, you will be working with a good mix of clients, advising them on commercial litigation issues that are likely to include: Contractual and commercial disputes Construction, landlord and tenant, property/land disputes Professional negligence Insolvency matters As a senior member in the Dispute Resolution team, you will be expected to participate in business development activities and ideally have a network of contacts within the local area. Candidate Profile The firm is looking for a Litigation Lawyer with the following attributes: Strong experience as a Commercial Litigator Experience covering a broad range of commercial litigation matters The confidence to handle a mixed caseload Background at a small / medium sized firm The ability to deliver an exceptional service to clients What’s on Offer?
