Due to an increased workload and demand, in large owed to the firms excellent reputation in a number of sectors, the firm is looking for an individual with litigation experience to assist in the Commercial, Property and Civil departments. Key responsibilities may include and are not limited to: Boundary disputes Lease disputes Professional Negligence Claims Property Disputes Co-Ownership Disputes Landlord and Tenant Disputes Contract and IT disputes This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected firm on a varied and critical workload.
