RTA Litigation Executive
Overview
A modern and well established practice based just outside of Ellesmere Port is looking to expand its RTA Litigation Department due to internal restructuring and an ever-growing client base. The opening is for an experienced and passionate RTA litigation executive. The RTA Litigation Team deals with all claims that have exited the portal, handling them through the litigation process to settlement. The team consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners boasting a wealth of RTA and personal injury experience. It is expected that you will have previous RTA experience managing your own caseload, and will have seen a case through its full cycle and through the litigation process. You will be working within a close-knit team who operate in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest level of service to its clients. You will be fully supported by senior team members and have on-going training and development to ensure that you reach your full potential.
