Overview
Modis are currently recruiting for several Electronics Hardware Engineers to assist a Defence organisation based in West London. Initial six month contract assignments are available. IR35: the status of this role has been deemed as Inside IR35. Rate: £420 per day They are looking for Engineers with a minimum 5 year's experience of one or more of the following; Experience of high-speed digital circuit designs that include processors and programmable devices. Experience of analogue circuit design that include op-amps, opto-isolators, amplifiers and signal conditioning elements. Experience in switched-mode power supply design required to provide power to the different functional blocks on the PCB. Competent with schematic capture tools and understands how to constrain layout using rules/classes/groups. The designs must be reliable, meet requirements and be analysed against all input and output conditions across temperature. The performance has to be predicted accurately. The client is working to tight budgets and timescales and as such the client would appreciate Engineers who can calculate the costs and provide solutions to fit timescales.
