Area Engineering Manager Billingham As an Area Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance capability and efficiency including breakdowns, planned maintenance and the coordination of all engineering activities within your area of responsibility at the factory site. Area Engineering Manager responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing and coaching a team to maximise capability - Striving for a zero loss culture as part of the site Progressive Maintenance team - Budgetary management – you will be responsible for the day to day management of the repair and maintenance budget for your area - Delivery of planned maintenance and annual service activities and delivering downtime reduction via PM tools - Maintenance and improvement of assets through the line structure teams About the factory: - 200 SKU’s of varying complexity - 11 packing lines and 12 process lines - 24/7 site specialising in fried snacks - 120,000 sq. metres - 720 colleagues The multi-award-winning culture at KP Snacks is friendly, welcoming and supportive.
