Overview
Our client, a well-regarded law firm in County Durham and listed in the directories for the work it does in both Commercial Property and Agricultural Property law is looking for another two lawyers to join their busy team – ideally one will be in NQ to 3 years PQE and the other 5 or more years’ PQE. They will consider any candidates with the requisite PQE who are either Commercial Property specialists or Agricultural Property specialists or, who perhaps have experience of both Commercial Property and Agricultural Property law. The team’s expertise enables them to advise landed estates, developers, house builders, landowners, funders and individuals in all areas of property transactions, commercial development and property asset management.
