Overview

Our client, a large commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit into its Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Insolvency Practice and has openings for Associates (1 – 4 years’ PQE) and Senior Associates/ Counsel (5 or more years’ PQE ) to join the team during this exciting period of growth. The successful candidates will need to have broad experience in advising on a range of financial restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for debtors, financial institutions, funds, sponsors and boards of directors. The firm is particularly keen to hire candidates with cross-border/ international experience and will consider candidates with transactional or contentious experience or a mixture of both.
