Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 6 PQE, Bristol – A highly regarded practice with international reach are seeking a diligent Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team. OVERVIEW: • The ideal candidate will boast at least 6 years' experience in a similar role, displaying confidence when communicating with clients as well as handling your own caseload effectively. You can expect to handle a wide variety of Corporate Commercial transactions to include but not limited to: M&A, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, incorporations, directors service contracts and venture capital.
