Overview
(Extensive home working) Locum Planning Solicitor – up to £45 per hour – East Midlands Venn Group’s specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a Local Authority based in the East Midlands . The position is offered for an initial period of 3 months on a full-time basis , with the possibility of extension and the Council will consider up to 4 days of home working . The successful applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of planning law and will have managed a caseload of matters within Local Government. Whilst not essential, a candidate with experience of other areas of law would be beneficial. Day-to-day duties will include: Handling a range of Planning matters including s106 agreements Advising on Right of Way enquiries Attending Planning Enforcement meetings Advising on a variety of general Planning Law enquiries Attending Planning Committees when required When required, advising on other areas of law The position offers an attractive rate of up to £45 per hour umbrella depending on experience.
