Overview
Bid Executive/Coordinator role at a US law firm. London based. Up to £40,000. This US law firm is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their growing London based team. The role will have strong focus on supporting transactional fee-earners across all European offices. The team are very friendly, and the firm as a whole have a really nice culture. The role duties include: Responding to RFPs Preparing clients proposals Maintaining the marketing and pitch library Carrying out client research This role would suit an assistant with around 2 years’ experience looking to step up or perhaps a BD executive/coordinator who is looking to specialise in bids. Legal BD experience is ideal; however, the firm will look at wider professional services providing candidates have an knowledge of transactional areas such as M&A, private equity etc. As the role works closely with the European offices, language skills are desirable, especially German.
