Junior Defendant RTA Paralegal
Overview
An opportunity exists for you to join an extremely well established personal injury specialist practice based in the heart of Warrington. Their dedicated Defendant Personal Injury department focuses on an array of RTA claims on behalf of their insurer clients and is now seeking to appoint a confident and ambitious junior defendant RTA paralegal. You will be joining a long standing department that has an excellent reputation in the market for their claimant and defendant offerings. The team compromises of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and you will have full support and some supervision from more senior members of the team. Your new role will see you take on responsibility for your own caseload of defendant RTA claims, involving liability disputes, claims within the MOJ Portal & non-MOJ claims along with some credit hire matters. You will ideally come from a defendant background and have a minimum of 1 years' experience handling your own caseload and will have seen a defendant RTA claim through from start to finish. Ideally, you will have litigation experience and the drive and determination to further your legal career and provide the best quality service to your clients.
