We are looking for a junior back-end developer who wants to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where everyone’s opinions and efforts are valued. You will join a cross-functional, talented team who are responsible for building performant and great looking applications across both web and mobile platforms. You will receive dedicated support to help you to progress within your role, working on our flagship application. Your responsibilities: You will be supported in fulfilling the following responsibilities: Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic Building reusable code and libraries for future use Optimising applications for maximum speed and scalability Implementing security and data protection Designing and implementing data storage solutions Maintaining code and writing unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Essential skills: Demonstrable experience of C# .Net (preferably .Net Core) Some experience with Microsoft SQL Server Working knowledge of Visual Studio Experience with REST API development Desirable skills: Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with Azure Experience of unit testing Understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS Some understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS Passionate about software developmentit’s not just your career, it’s your hobby.
