Overview
Developing Property Development Company based in London now seeks its first in-house lawyer to help support the business on both property and more general corporate and litigation matters. The role will focus on property transactions and potential litigation as well as broader day to day legal issues as well as instructing outside counsel. The role will also be part of the management team and will have a strategic role in enabling the board to reach its commercial goals. You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer or property litigator from either a law firm or similar in-house role and the ideal candidate will also have a broader legal experience as described above, you will also ideally have some exposure to larger property transactions (£10 -100m) and be able to work in a small flexible entrepreneurial environment.
