Charities Solicitor, London, 5 PQE – An exciting opportunity for an experience Charities Lawyer to join this leading practice handling a mixed bag of corporate and commercial work on behalf of charity clients. JOB TITLE: Charities Solicitor PQE: 5 LOCATION: London SALARY: Excellent Benefits THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Charities Lawyer to join an established team. You will advising on the Charities Act and the Companies Act (as applicable to charities) and the Community Interest Company Regulations (and ideally the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014). You will also be expected to advise on charity trustee and Directors' duties as well as advising on the removal of trustees, including drafting notices /resolutions for removal of Directors under s168 Companies Act 2006 THE CANDIDATE: This role requires a Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE and a minimum of 3 years' experience dealing with charities. You will be comfortable handling your own charity clients but also getting involved in business development. THE FIRM: The firm is situated in the heart of the City with plush, modern offices.
