Overview
Solicitor with general civil litigation experience sought within a leading practice in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated solicitor to join a specialist civil litigation team located in Maidstone. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload covering a broad range of civil litigation matters. Secretarial support will also be provided as part of this position. Responsibilities • Contractual disputes • Employment litigation • Contentious probate • Debt litigation • Landlord and tenant disputes • Professional negligence • Personal injury • Participation in business development and marketing initiatives The Candidate • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE • Technically proficient in all aspects of civil litigation • Experience in areas including personal injury, employment and landlord and tenant is essential • Able to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision • Demonstrates outstanding communication and client care skills • Be pro-active, highly organised and enthusiastic • Has a desire for professional development The Firm Our client is an independent, full-service law firm in Kent which has been established in the area for over 170 years but has a modern, progressive approach.
