The firm operates across several offices and offers a range of predominantly private client services. It has built a good reputation for providing a friendly and professional service, with many clients returning or referring work to the firm. The Private Client Department advises a varied client base which includes some high net worth clients. The team advises on the usual fayre of private client work, including drafting various wills, administration of estates, advice to the elderly and LPAs and Court of Protection matters; you would therefore be expected to have previous experience in these areas.
