This boutique Wells based practice is recruiting within its established Commercial Property Team. The firm seeks an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 2 years' experience. Uniquely, this firm has a particular specialism within the ecclesiastical market, acting for a number of churches and charitable organisations in a broad range of property transactions. These transactions include acquisitions and disposals of church premises, residential and functional property, and agricultural and development land. Your matters could also include advising on trusts, ecclesiastical and charity law. Ecclesiastical experience is not necessary, but a good commercial property background is required. There exists genuine future partnership potential for the right candidate. There is already an abundance of work, so you will be kept busy with a varied and interesting caseload.
