Overview
A fast-growing international online gaming and sports betting business is looking to hire a commercial Legal Counsel to support its business units internationally. Based in London offices, the In-House Counsel will be offered a full-time, permanent position. Your New Role Reporting to the lead UK In-House Counsel for this international business, the role will involve providing commercial legal support to in-house teams. Key responsibilities of the Legal Counsel will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of high-value commercial legal agreements such as service agreements, supply agreements, software agreements, payments agreements, sponsorship agreements, advertising agreements and media contracts. Working closely with international business units including sales and marketing teams, providing legal advices directly to key stakeholders. Advising on intellectual property and data protections issues for the business. Liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
