Overview
System Admin for Business Applications 3-month contract - inside IR35 Surrey/Slough Start Date: 23.3.20 latest or before A public sector client is actively looking for a Research Information and Systems Manager to join their team ASAP. The Role/Skills; Experience of Pure or a similar CRIS and / or a Research Grant Management System, as a back office administrator, system administrator or super user. Experience as the expert user or system administrator of a relevant business system, including acting as first line support for user queries Experience delivering system upgrades from a business perspective and the analysis of release notes Experience of working with enquiry management systems e.g. Footprints to deliver a high level of service Working knowledge of the REF and experience of a submission from a systems perspective Experience of developing processes or systems to produce a desired outcome IT literate with a high level of proficiency in Excel or similar tools to supply, extract and manage data. Ability to produce management information in a format appropriate to the source and audience Experience of designing and delivering support and training materials in differing formats to a variety of users / audiences.
