A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client; a burgeoning luxury retail brand known for its rich artisanal heritage and strong sustainable message. Our client has asked us to find an entrepreneurial Head of Client Services to join its stunning, centrally located head office. Mission of the role will be to develop a VIP client base via a variety of initiatives which will include but not be limited to organisation of International trunk shows and events. Key responsibilities include: To increase store traffic Closely working with key stakeholders within other departments (including but not limited to Marketing and Wholesale) in order to promote a consistent strategy Leading the strategy and operations to increase footfall in the store: this will include (but will not be limited to) the following activities: Expose the brand to potential clients through events and trunk shows (Nationally and Internationally) Network with the scope of establishing collaborations with influencers, personal shoppers and celebrities. Participate in the development of the communication and PR strategy. Collaborate with a variety of organisations such as Hotels, private membership clubs and concierge services. Oversee CRM activities and set up clear procedures to maximise brand loyalty of existing clientele Lead the buying of the collections to be sold in the retail point of sale Further develop the relationship with hosting Hotels, looking for opportunities to expand this side of the business Prepare regular reports to be sent to the Chairman and Brand Consultant related to sales; this will include best sellers, slow sellers and stock levels Regularly monitor and act upon events that might effect the business Oversee CRM activities and set up clear procedures to maximise brand loyalty of existing clientele Implement initiatives to increase retail turnover, this will include but not be limited to; events and trunk shows organised at national and international level Identifying opportunities for external collaborations including but not limited to personal shoppers and concierge organisations Prepare regular reports to the Chairman and Creative Director related to sales; this will include best sellers, slow sellers and stock levels Regularly monitor and act upon events that might effect the business You are a natural net- worker with a flair for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
