Overview

The Client & Role of a Senior Service Coordinator: Our client is a Global IT and Network services provider. This is an office based role that required flexibility around occasional UK and International travel. The remuneration package consists of Circa £35K Basic Salary (depending on experience) with a generous Car Allowance and Bonus. Key Responsibilities of a Senior Service Coordinator: Support the Service Management teams with client and service research. Run service relevant projects under supervision when required. Ensure that adequate research documentation is maintained throughout the project and provide management teams with timely reports. Provide vital support to Portfolio Managers with workload management and optimisation. Review changes to the Service Catalogue and support Clients who will be affected. Manage the introduction and withdrawal of services within the company’s catalogue. The Senior Service Coordinator will act as main point of contact and communicate service changes internally. Continuously work towards optimising processes and procedures for efficiency. Skills & Experience of a Senior Service Coordinator Prince 2 and ITIL qualifications. SAFe Agile experience and knowledge would be highly advantageous. The Senior Service Coordinator must have valid driving licence and passport. Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Good understanding of Service Delivery & Project Management methodologies / processes. Understanding of entire product lifecycle and management. Ability to plan and execute project and workload planning / documentation. IT literate with strong MS Office skills including Excel, World and PowerPoint. Flexibility to undertake occasional travel both within the UK and Internationally. Highly organized and a proven self-motivator. Ability to work effectively unsupervised. Strong and confident presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationship with customers and clients. Creative and methodical by nature.
