Overview
A leading FMCG business based in Greater Manchester are looking for a Demand Planner to join their team. As Demand Planner you will be responsible for all forecasting activities across your the product ranges engaging with key internal functions to drive forecast accuracy and service levels with customers. About the role: Developing and executing supply plans, aggregate demand plans and inventory plans Lead collaboration with Sales and Marketing to improve customer metrics and resolve availability issues and support sales events such as promotions Work along NPI team and Marketing to launch new products from a planning perspective Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Sales and Marketing Managers, reviewing recommended demand forecasts and inventory goals Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and BIAS analysis and root cause issues by channel (retail and direct) Develop close relationships with key Suppliers to be flexible and responsive to change despite lead-time and other challenges About the person: Ideally degree qualified or overseas equivalent Previous experience working within a demand planning role Exceptional analytical skills The ability to influence key stakeholders across the business To apply for the role please send your CV to
