Overview
IPS Finance are working with a global organisation who are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager, who will deliver board level projects for the business. We are looking for a high calibre qualified accountant, ideally with professional services or experience of working within a fee-based environment, who can demonstrate business partnering experience and delivery of projects to senior stakeholders. The postholder will ensure robust financial management of a £100m t/o division with this international group, driving performance improvement and providing a high-quality finance business partnering service. The Commercial Finance Manager will oversee a small team of analysts. You will have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to write insightful financial and commercial commentaries based upon sound financial analysis and to demanding deadlines. The post includes; Driving monthly financial performance review meetings and performance improvement plans Delivering the strategic vision of the group by focusing on the financial performance in line with the three-year profitability plan Reporting, analysis and commentary of the practice group's financial performance Leading and co-ordinating budgeting, planning and forecasting as well as contributing to target setting Proactively identifying areas of under or over performance in the businesses within the group Support on new business development proposals Become the trust advisor to key stakeholders This is an excellent career progression opportunity with a market leading company based in Leeds City Centre.
