Overview

Head of Practice / Associate Director McGregor Boyall are a global Technology Recruitment business looking for an experienced Manager, to head up and grow our Tech SME practice. This team covers Testing, Cyber and Infrastructure Recruitment and the "Head of Practice" should also come from one of these recruitment sector backgrounds. The Opportunity; As Head of Practice you will lead your team from the front, taking on a billing Manager role while developing client relationships across the Financial Services and Commerce & Industry markets. We have a large platform of clients and we would like to build on this. You will be coaching and mentoring your current team, who all dual desk and have the freedom to work with our full client platform, as well as hiring additional Senior Consultants for your practice. You will be supported by the Director and Group CEO with the growth of this team as well as having management autonomy.
