Overview
Block Manager / Property Manager We're a market leading Residential Property Management company with an enviable back office, finance and support structure and we are recruiting a Block Manager / Property Manager to manage a mixed residential block management portfolio with around a 1000 units. Location You'll be based at our Head Office in Hoddesdon, travelling to your portfolio located in Herts, Essex, Middlesex, North and East London as required to carry out your property management duties. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours Full Time Permanent to circa £32,500 inc car allowance We have a diverse and growing portfolio and we are looking for an AIRPM qualified Block Manager/ Property Manager who can proactively manage, retain and grow a portfolio of properties through the provision of excellent service, relationship building and knowledge of industry legislation with regards to effective Property Management. Responsibilities of the Property Manager / Block Manager: Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits. Interpretation of the lease is key; working within the terms of the lease at all times. Monitoring collection of service charges to fund necessary works and respond within agreed service level time frames.
