It is this approach that continues to give them an excellent referral network. The role The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office. You will work as part of a small conveyancing team out of the firms Hoddesdon office, the plan is to slowly take over from a senior solicitor as they work towards retirement, this is a really good opportunity to take over a busy and very active caseload. The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity. Due to the firm's growth plans and size of department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression. Requirements You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience) You will deal with a high-quality caseload of conveyancing work You should have a good technical knowledge A meticulous eye for detail is essential Salary is negotiable and dependent depending on your level of experience This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join this well-known regional firm based in their Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office.
