Excellent opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join a modern, well-established and progressive Law firm based in Leeds City Centre. Client Details Our Client are a modern, well-established and forward thinking Law firm who pride themselves in offering high-quality legal services. Description As a Billing Assistant you will be responsible for, however not limited to; managing the day to day requirements of the Legal Billing team, producing credit notes, posting of the write off of debt, liaising with Cashiers and Credit Control in relation to bill queries, uploading of bills via e-Billing platform, responsible for monthly billing, dealing with queries and other adhoc billing duties as reruired by the Billing Manager. Profile The successful candidate will; Have done a similar role within a Legal firm or Billing team Have excellent attention to detail; good administration, analytical, organisational and problem solving skills Display a strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines Have the ability to develop solid working relationships Job Offer Salary is ranging £18,000 - £22,000 depending on your level of experience. This is a 35 hour working week Close to public transport links Pension scheme Excellent onsite facilities
