Overview

A international legal firm are looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join them on a 2 year apprenticeship. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for: Support the HR team with generalist administrative tasks including HR filing and archiving, maintaining e-files, diary management for the team as well as managing incoming post for HR Preparing induction packs and general letters and references for the team Super-user of the HR system, being the primary contract within the team for any queries or problems - liaising with HR Systems in relation to any issues Provide cover in the absence of the HR Assistant Continually reviewing HR processes and procedures, suggesting any improvements Assisting with monthly HR GDPR processes Supporting the Lateral and Graduate Recruitment teams with all aspects of administration, including interview coordinating, international logistics, meeting room bookings and international travel Managing the recruitment inbox, being the first point of contact for queries Assisting in the maintenance of the ATS system, ensuring it is kept up to date Produce contracts of employment Build relationships with third parties, and being the first point of contact for queries Support the teams by arranging, coordinating and attending recruitment events As the HR & recruitment Administrator, you will possess: Strong educational qualifications or the equivalent Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Sound grammar, spelling and written communication skills High level of confidentiality Willingness to learn, grow and develop Passion for HR and keen desire in this field
